Is pink the new blonde ? Well it just might be because everyone’s doing it- and loving it! It may be the all the flowers and summer colours around us, but I think it’s that we all crave change once in a while.
Our hair students start studying colour within weeks of starting at the hair academy. They are colouring, lightening and toning, and learning all the basic and advanced techniques needed to make them your super stylists! Creative colouring, like pink, for instance, is also part of our basic and advanced colouring program because it’s so mainstream now. I can’t go anywhere without seeing some shade of pastel pink!
Try a few panels of pink to get your feet wet, or go for the wonderful rose gold we’re seeing worn rinsed over highlights. Maybe you’re into trying on an all over baby pink; keep it mind it rinses out quickly so it’s really not that scary!
You can book in at the hair academy for your lightening and toning service. If you’re already light, you may only need a pink rinse- just like our grandmothers did all those years ago! So go on and treat yourself to something sweet, like pink hair!
