For many makeup artists, October is the best time of year. At JCI we see Halloween-related posts starting months prior to the big day, and classic looks (like skeletons) are found wandering the halls pretty much year round. Regardless of if you’re a trained MUA or not, dressing up is a great excuse to pull out all the creativity! Makeup can add so much dimension to your costume, and can turn any look into an outstanding one.
