You can really feel a chill in the air and it’s time to bundle up! Sometimes a jacket just doesn’t cut it and you need some accessories to keep the heat in. We’ve found our favourites to snuggle up with season – so take a look down the list and get ready for the cold with our must have winter accessories:

Toque

Since your body loses most of its heat through your head, it’s an excellent idea to invest in a cute and stylish toque you’ll love putting on. Something soft and cozy is best since you’ll want to wear it all winter long!

Blanket Scarf

This is our go to item for staying warm. It can be worn around your neck, shoulders or quite literally as a blanket in  a pinch. A great travel companion, it’s also amazing wrapped over a winter jacket to cut out any breeze. If you can get your hands on a wool blanket scarf, you will be extra toasty.

Waterproof Boots

Let’s be real – in Vancouver you need less insulation and more waterproofing in your footwear! It can be tricky as most winter boots can be too warm for our climate, but rubber boots can be too chilly. Something like these Canadiana-chic Sorels are a great option.  Or why not get a pair of waterproof sneakers?

Gloves

Don’t let those fingers freeze this season! You don’t have to spend a lot of money to get a fashionable and warm pair of gloves!

Tights
