The HAIR AND MAKEUP at Dystopia

Hair and makeup is what ties every element of the Dystopia fashion show together. After a series of classes, mood boards, and inspirations, we finally picked the right paint to fill the bare canvas of the models’ faces, not to mention enough hairspray to last a lifetime. Dystopia essentially reflects a vision of a post apocalyptic society that rediscovers modern beauty within clothing, hair and makeup. A REAL LIFE DYSTOPIAN WORLD

One of the most important parts in creating the Dystopian world for our audience, is the use of visuals. The visual display helps to set the tone for the guests and really draws them into the post apocalyptic disaster that is our fashion show. The Importance of Accessories at Dystopia

Every good fashionista knows the key to a successful outfit lies in your ability to accessorize. Putting on a successful fashion show is no different. Our aim for styling lies somewhere in the realm of “Couture Grunge” and to achieve this we’ll have to use accessories to amp up classic street style looks. From necklaces to bracelets to chains and more, there will be no shortage of adornment. Accessories will...
