- Reciprocal visits of administrative personnel
- Joint support of students’ activities
- Joint use of research facilities
- Other cooperative programs
Chungnam State University is the only public university in Chungcheongnam-do, which is established and operated in Chungcheongnam-do to cultivate talented people with creativity and personality that can contribute to both South Korea’s national and also local development. The university opened in 1998 with the mission of “leading a bright future,” and has grown into an educational institution representing the region.
In the future, Chungnam State University will grow into the “representative public university of Korea” with the goal of educating talented people with intelligence and virtue, fostering society-dedicated leaders, and cultivating high-skilled professionals.
JCI administrative staff and students were delighted to greet CSU representatives at John Casablancas Institute in January 2018 and welcome them to our city.
JCI Managing Director, Mr. Colin Boguski, and CSU President, Mr. Jae-Yeong Huh, signed the MOU declaring a partnership that will benefit both John Casablancas Institute and the Chungnam State University. It was an honour meeting with CSU and we believe this relationship will broaden opportunities for both JCI and CSU students both here in Vancouver and in South Korea.
