We’re ready for the festivities! Christmas is right around the corner and we thought we’d show you our top five favorite things to do around Vancouver during this holiday season, Check them out!

Vancouver Christmas Market

Located at Jack Poole Plaza beside the Convention Centre, the original German-themed outdoor holiday market is home to dozens of artisan vendors and food stalls selling a wide range of festive products. The Market is open daily between November 20th and December 24th!

Bright Nights at Stanley Park

Have you walked around Stanley Park yet? Well, here’s your chance! Enjoy Vancouver’s 405-hectare public park with the most amazing presentation of Christmas Lights and festive themed displays. Entry is by donation, and all funds go towards the BC Professional Fire Fighters Burn Fund. Want to ride the train? Tickets are between $9-$12  and make sure to get there early! It’s a popular attraction.

VanDusen Festival of Lights

Vancouver’s Botanical garden hosts one of many amazing light displays in the city. At the event there are hundreds of thousands of sparkling Christmas lights and carousel rides. Prices range from $11.50 to $25.

Open: November 30th to December 24th – 4pm to 9:30pm

December 26th to January 5th – 4pm to 9:30pm

Canyon Lights at Capilano

Imagine enjoying a big cup of hot chocolate while being in the middle of a winter wonderland forest, surrounded by an array of bright lights! What if I told you that’s only 15 minutes from Downtown Vancouver?

The Canyon Lights at the Capilano Suspension Bridge in North Vancouver is well-known for being a one-of-a-kind experience. With its unique bridges and walkways around the woods. Open all the way until January 26th, 2020!

Peak of Christmas at Grouse

Looking for a Snowy Christmas? Grouse Mountain in North Vancouver has the best Christmas time activities. Including sleigh rides, snowshoeing, fine dining and of course ski slopes with their amazing views of Vancouver below.

The Peak of Christmas runs this year from November 22nd, 2019 until January 5th, 2020.

John Casablancas Institute will be closed for the holidays starting December 24th to January 1st. JCI Institute will be back to schedule on January 2nd.
